CURRENT OPENINGS:

Associate
We are seeking a talented, experienced patent attorney (3-8 years) with a degree in mechanical engineering and experience with medical devices to join us in our Westlake Village office. We are especially interested in candidates with solid experience in litigation, prosecution and transactions.

Administrative Assistant/File Clerk
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/File Clerk. The candidate should be a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented. Duties include reception, support of paralegals and attorneys, preparing correspondence, in-house filing, processing mail, maintaining mailing lists, and assisting with human resources, facilities management, outside contractors, employee benefits, marketing, and billing. Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office and the Internet. The candidate must be a team player. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Japanese a plus. Experience working in a legal environment or as an administrative assistant is a plus.
