CURRENT OPENINGS:

Associate
We are seeking a talented, experienced patent attorney (3-8 years) with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or aerospace engineering to join us in our Westlake Village office. We are especially interested in candidates with solid experience in litigation, prosecution and transactions.

IP Paralegal
We are seeking a professional paralegal with a bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office and the Internet. Must enjoy both working independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities include preparation and filing of U.S. and international patent and trademark documents, and review and docketing of incoming correspondence. Working knowledge of patent and trademark processes a big plus.

Administrative Assistant/File Clerk
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/File Clerk. The candidate should be a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented. Duties include reception, support of patent and trademark attorneys, preparing correspondence, in-house filing, processing mail and maintaining mailing lists. Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office and the Internet. The candidate must be a team player and enjoy receiving and following instructions. The candidate must have a car, driver's license and current auto insurance for running occasional errands. College degree preferred. Previous law firm experience a plus.
