Todd Harrington is Of Counsel with SoCal IP Law Group LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Todd was General Counsel for a digital content/wireless technology company. Before going in-house, Todd was in private practice with an emphasis in intellectual property, technology licensing and strategic counseling. As general counsel, Todd has negotiated and drafted a broad range of technology and business transactions. He has successfully managed high-stakes litigation (eight figures) and has addressed virtually every aspect of corporate legal activity. He is an expert at strategically counseling businesses, especially in the area of intellectual property. He has been a trusted business partner with senior management and has great sensitivity to operating budgets..

In addition to his law degree, Todd has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Todd worked as an analog and digital design engineer and managed teams of engineers for ten years before entering the practice of law.
