Highlights

Ms. Lang has focused her legal practice on intellectual property, concentrating on IP litigation as well as trademark filings, copyright filings, content review and permissions clearance, domain name law, right of publicity, licensing, and providing general IP counsel to foreign and domestic clients in a wide array of industries, including computer software, healthcare, biotechnology, retail, real estate, food and beverage, entertainment, music, publishing, fashion, cosmetics, finance, agriculture, metal working, green energy and emission technology, sports equipment, and cable and satellite television. She is actively involved in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has personally obtained trademark protection for hundreds of marks worldwide. Ms. Lang is also a C-Suite Advisor, wherein she writes articles on intellectual property to guide Los Angeles’ top businesses. Ms. Lang graduated cum laude from Duke Law and served on the Executive Board for the Duke Law and Technology Review, a highly regarded intellectual property publication, and authored and published the following Note, which has subsequently been cited in other publications: “What, if any, Are the Ethical Obligations of the U.S. Patent Office?: A Closer Look at the Biological Sampling of Indigenous Groups,” (Duke Law & Technology Review, May, 2006).

Ms. Lang boasts many unique and diverse experiences.  She serves as Adjunct Faculty at USC Gould School of Law teaching Intellectual Property courses. She was given the prestigious honor to serve as a White House Intern, she played on the National Championship NCAA Div. 1 Water Polo Team for USC, and she worked as an ocean lifeguard for the State of California during her summers off from school.
